Pre-press

This is where it all begins. Our pre-press runs on a completely automated Apogee Agfa workflow and its auxiliaries are calibrated every month to meet both G7 and ISO standards. This department is responsible for understanding the job, readying the files for print, creating impositions and releasing the plates. The team here can help in colour correcting the images, assign job related profiles, shoot colour calibrated EPSON Proofs and share rip PDFs for a last step verification. We are among the first in India to use AGFA's green technology plates that do not have any chemical discharge and are completely PH neutral.

Press

Equipped with three Heidelberg workhorses, this department is the heart of our organization. We have an SM-102 (4 colour), SM-74 (4 colour) and an SM-74 (6 colour + coater). All machines are equipped with Ink zone transfer and online spectrophotometer, that not only remove chances of human error but also ensures every print job can be matched to an approved shade card or specified ISO, G7 or GMI standard. Also our 6 colour SM-74 is equipped with the latest LED UV system, ensuring the best results whilst also being green.

Post press

Post-press is where the magic happens. This dedicated department is what gives any job it's final shape. Equipped to handle a plethora of products, the department is very well equipped with machines for hot foiling, Die cutting, lamination - wet and thermal. For book work we have an automated folding machine, section sewn machine, perfect and centre-stitch machines. For packaging we have a pasting machine and for rigid packaging, we have a cylinder based grooving machine, corner taping machine, hot and cold glue table with a seating for 12 people, a pressing machine and most important skilled and keen people to work with these machines.
